Drawn to Wild Places

'Drawn to Wild Places' follows underwater photographer Daniel Nicholson on a journey of exploration through the underwater world of remote Indonesia. Guided by curiosity and a deep love for the ocean, Daniel ventures into some of the most untouched corners of the archipelago in search of the wild.

From pristine coral reefs bursting with life, to swirling schools of barracudas and encounters with some of the biggest marine biomass Indonesia has to offer, the film is a portrait of an ocean still thriving — and of the photographer drawn to document it.

At its heart, 'Drawn to Wild Places' is a love letter to wilderness. It's a reminder that these remote seascapes still exist, and a quiet call to protect them for the generations to come.
